Description

Sanguisorba 'All Time High' is a striking, tall perennial that brings height, movement and a light, airy feel to garden borders. Its long, slender, creamy white flower spikes sway gracefully above finely divided green foliage from summer into early autumn. Despite its impressive height, its open growth habit allows you to see through the flowers, making it ideal for naturalistic planting schemes and layered borders.

This hardy perennial thrives in full sun or partial shade and prefers moist, well-drained soil. Its delicate flowers attract bees and butterflies, making it a valuable addition to wildlife-friendly gardens. Plant towards the back of a border alongside Echinacea, Phlox or dahlias for a beautiful contrast in height and texture. Cut back old growth in late winter or early spring to encourage fresh growth for the coming season.

At DutchGrown, we supply Sanguisorba 'All Time High' as bare root plants for spring planting. Dispatch begins in mid March.
