Description
Crocus ‘Prince Claus’ is one of the most striking early crocuses, known for its crisp white petals boldly marked with deep violet on the outer sides. When the flowers open in the sunshine, the contrast between the white centres and rich purple backs creates a dramatic and elegant display that lifts the garden at the end of winter.
This hardy and reliable crocus blooms very early and is perfect for planting in groups at the front of borders, in lawns, rock gardens or in small pots. It naturalises easily, returning each spring with more flowers and slowly forming a colourful patch. Easy to grow and loved by early pollinators, ‘Prince Claus’ is a bright and cheerful start to the season.
